This is my Uncle and First Cousin.   The video is one that they made for their Church.

She has a very cool story that… well, have a listen, I’ll let her tell you.

Amazing Faith

Read http://kodysmom.blogspot.com/ for more of her story…  I hear she has an awesome blog post coming up about sharing her story on a national TV show.

She is so amazing! I DVR’d both her appearances on QVC. Her exuberance and love of life are bursting out! Family pride!!!

Hey I love hearing about Jennifer’s journey!! I don’t think that is the correct link for her blog though. Can you check it and let me know?

Wow. What an amazing, inspirational story.

When I saw the photos from my niece’s wedding, I was shocked by how I looked. I truly had no idea. I mean, I know how much I weigh but… I had no idea how I looked. I’ve been in complete denial.

I will be keeping your uncle and cousin in mind as I begin my weight loss journey…

    Thanks for sharing.

I think most of her success comes from Weight Watchers and having fun working out. If you have any questions feel free to ask on her blog. She loves sharing.

Wow…that is a true miracle. Feels like a bit of a slap up side the head for me. Congratulations to her and her Dad. They learned the true meaning of obedience. Weight Watchers does work, I have seen it first hand. My problem is sticking with it! Guess I will have to try again. Thanks for sharing.

We love Golden Corral. Abundant, great tasting food at more than reasonable prices. But when we go we always marvel at people we see and how they stack their plates like the pyramids of Egypt, then go back for seconds (and thirds, and fourths…). Many of these folks would actually be more comfortable spreading their backsides across TWO chairs.
Yes, God has worked wonders in your family’s life, and I know they don’t want to talk about their own part in this marvelous change.
BUT… they had to have the DISCIPLINE to listen to God and act on his message.
I hope God continues to bless both.
    (A half-marathon? Good grief!)

I don’t even like driving 13 miles… running it? No way.

Your comments are spot on. God provides the path… our job is to follow that path rather than the comfortable path that we’re used to.
